Light Roast - Single Origin From Fireweed Coffee

This is one 12oz bag of light-roasted single-origin coffee.

This is a great option if you'd like to have more distinctive flavor profiles or are wanting something to make in your pour-over or AeroPress, though it is perfectly fine in a drip brewer. 

African coffees tend to have more fruity profiles, while South American coffees tend to be more bright, tasting of citrus and berries. 

There is more caffeine in lighter roasts as well, which are great for the first cup of coffee in the morning.
